Repair and replace hamstone window surrounds, mullions and other architectural features 

Carry out structural intervention to south and west upper level of main porch  

Reconstruct stone pillars at corners to ensure structural stability of head and base of masonry jambs for windows in the east porch corner 

Rake out and re-point all failed areas of existing pointing 

Repair, fabricate and replace ornate lead rainwater hoppers and downpipes 

Fabricate and fit new leaded glazing panels to match existing  

Replace deteriorated lead flashings 

Replace all slipped and broken roof slates
