Grade 2 listed 17th Century thatched stone farmhouse.

Work Carried Out: 

Stonemasonry, joinery, metalwork, thatching, decoration, roofing, plasterwork and structural work 

Rake out and remove existing cementitious mortar pointing to hamstone walls 

Re-point in lime mortar  

Dismantle structurally unsound chimney stacks and rebuild 

Remove existing oak external window lintels and replace in new 

Re-work primary ceiling beam connections with external lintels 

Repair, refabricate and reglaze all timber/metal sash windows 

Re-thatch part of main house roof 

Remove existing tile on batten roof set on original smoke blackened thatched roof 

Replace with steel ridge/timber raftered roof set over existing thatched structure 

Re-tile roof in double roman clay tiles 

Protect historic internal plaster panels 

Re-plaster failed areas in lime plaster 

Re-decorate all external rendered walls
